As a student for many years I know all too well those feelings associated with exam nerves.
And then let’s not forget those knock on effects that can be destructive in other areas of
your life. For example, perhaps your increased irritability is causing relationship problems
or the feelings of pressure are causing such stress that you are no longer sleeping properly
and then this only serves to hamper your revision further, which then makes you snappy
towards colleagues and friends. It’s a vicious cycle.
Much of what I have written in this section is from my own personal experience before I trained as a hypnotherapist and before I learned to manage my exam nerves.
I now have tried and tested techniques at my disposal to help you get your nerves under
control and to tackle your exams head on with confidence and self-assurance!!
Utilising hypnotherapy and relaxation training combined with memory work based on
psychological principles and general exam advice I will give you all the tools you need to
earn the result you deserve.
